Thomas Jay Adams: 6 Months

Tommy 6 month stats: 16.9 lbs, 27.1 in.

At 6 months old, Tommy got to travel for 3 weeks for Christmas vacation! He visited his Mommy's family at his Auntie Mel's house in Colorado and then visited with his Daddy's family in Utah. He went on an airplane for the very first time and loved it. He was so good and loved smiling at all of the friendly people on the airplane. He was beginning to be very social and loved to meet new people. He even got to meet Santa Claus in Vail, CO, and he was very sweet and didn't cry when he sat on his lap. He experienced snow for the first time, but didn't really seem to care about it very much. He was much more interested in playing with his cousins, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. He also went swimming for the first time at the recreation center in Aspen, CO and had so much fun splashing that he wore himself out and took a nap in his pool floaty. He loved unwrapping presents and got lots of cool new toys and clothes from his loved ones. He had fun letting both of his grandmas babysit him so that his parents could go out a few times for dinner and movies with their siblings. Unfortunately, he also picked up a bad cold during his travels, and then when he got home he caught a stomach flu. But overall, 6 months was a very fun and exciting time full of firsts for Thomas!
